Adtechnical (Appropriate Development Technology, Inc.) provides Kolibri and Kiwix databases to its educational platform. The platform uses repurposed Chromebooks to distribute educational resources offline in areas without internet access. It can connect up to 253 users simultaneously and can be accessed with any WiFi-capable device.

Teachers and parents who lack Internet access, especially overseas, can use the platform to access a vast educational resource. They can assign assignments, homework, and tests, and monitor progress. Adtechnical’s mission is to level the playing field for all students regardless of where they live and whatever their circumstances.
